No job is too small to ask about. Because every visit includes travel and setup, a single tiny job costs more per item than a visit where we handle several things at once.

It's best if someone is home at the start to walk us through the jobs and at the end to check the work. For landlords and property managers, we can arrange access with tenants.

Yes. We bring tools, ladders, anchors, fasteners, caulking, drop sheets and the usual consumables. Larger items like faucets, fixtures, doors or flooring are either supplied by you or picked up by us and added to the quote.

Yes. Tell us what you want, or let us recommend something, and we'll include it in the quote.

Only like-for-like replacements of existing light fixtures, switches, outlets, GFCIs and smoke alarms on existing wiring. New circuits, new wiring, panel work and anything needing a permit go to a licensed electrician.

We repair and replace fixtures on existing plumbing: toilets, faucets, shower heads, sinks, P-traps and caulking. New lines, moved drains and permit work go to a licensed plumber.

No. Gas connections for stoves, dryers, BBQs and fireplaces must be done by a licensed gas fitter. We can handle the non-gas parts of the job, like assembly or venting.

We focus on repairs, installations and maintenance. Full kitchen, bathroom or basement renovations need a general contractor.

We stop, show you what we found, explain the options and give you a revised price before doing anything extra. If it needs a different trade, we'll tell you.

Yes, often. Check your building's rules on drilling into concrete, work hours and elevator booking before the visit, and let us know about parking.

Yes. We handle turnover repairs and maintenance lists, and can send photos when the work is done.
