We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and complete work, send invoices, and follow up about the job. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.

We share personal information only when needed to do the job (for example, with a supplier delivering materials to your address), when required by law, or with your permission. If we recommend another trade, we won’t pass on your details unless you ask us to.
Storage and security
Quote requests sent through this website are stored in our website’s secure admin area and delivered to our business email. We keep information only as long as needed for the job, our records and legal or tax requirements.
